Allan Chapman: The DMV is like the dentist, nobody wants to go but you want the best experience when you do.

Sean Andrews: Was able to get in and out of the office with little wait time. This office is a complete turn around with the new management. I did not have to wait very long and the staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. Since I waited until the end of the month, they were extremely busy and the line was long. Felicia Bowman: Went in this week to get some tag renewals for work. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Sarah Johnson: I had trouble finding the place, but had a wonderful experience with the blonde lady who waited on me!! Well done. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, last year I was in the Gaston County office about 4 hours I took the advice of some of my friends and went to Lincolnton to get my tag and pay my taxes and I live in Gaston County. Wish they made one with all of these verses. You can choose First In Freedom, First In Flight or In God We Trust. Had to get my new tag that is required NOW every seven years, “if you aren’t aware of this”. Doyle Borger: Unfortunately the office is closed until further notice. I’ve used her multiple times and has always had a great attitude. Fastest and most polite tag office I’ve ever been in.
